Note: All seat fees are transferable but non-refundable. On certain routes, extra legroom seats can only be offered adjacent to the emergency exit rows - in these cases standard CAA regulations regarding minimum age (16yrs +) and mobility restrictions may apply. We reserve the right to move any passengers our cabin crew feels are unsuitable for exit row seats.

There are 4 ways in which you can pre-book standard and extra legroom seats for your scheduled flight:
online
During your booking - you can pre-allocate seats, including selecting extra legroom, using our simple seat map. Choose the seats that you want and the fees will be added to the total cost of your booking.
after your booking - If you book using your customer login you can add seats to your booking at a later date. Click on 'my account', login and look up your booking. Then simply select to 'change' your flights and follow the process through. Again, you can use our simple seat map to choose your seats and then use a credit/debit card to pay online.
by phone
Our reservations agents can pre-allocate seats to your booking, either at the time of booking or after you have made a booking. To allocate seats after making a booking online, simply call 08700 40 50 40 and have your booking reference ready.
at the airport
You can choose to book standard or extra legroom seats at the airport on the day of travel, subject to availability. Visit the Monarch sales desk and have your booking reference ready. Availability is limited and so pre-booking is strongly recommended.
You can now pre-book seats together through Monarch Charter Customer Services by calling 0871 225 3555 (10p per minute - calls from mobiles and other networks may cost more) at least 4 working days prior to travel. Please have your flight numbers, tour operator booking reference number and a credit or debit card ready when you call.
short haul - £12 each passenger for a return trip
long haul - £18 each passenger for a return (we cannot sell group seating on flights to certain long haul destinations).
Note: We can only take bookings for Extra Legroom and Group seating within 90 days prior to departure date. Specific seat numbers will be advised at check-in. Seats booked together may be separated by an aisle.
