Laze in the sun on beautiful Las Salinas beach where sunbathing is a spectator sport. Then lunch at swanky beach hang-out Jockey Club, it's got great views and serves seriously fresh seafood.

Spend the afternoon sightseeing the old town and the fort Dalt Vila - it's an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Soak up the history as you stroll through the cobbled streets.
Watch the sunset at the Torre des Savinar, a cliff-top tower with amazing views over the islet of Es Vedra (park 2km east of Cala d'Hort and follow the signs). Take along a bottle of local's favourite Ibizkus rosé. Perfect.
Then party like a celeb in Pacha in Ibiza Town (www.pacha.com). Reserve a table at this superclub on a Wednesday or Friday night, order a bottle a bubbly and everyone will be your friend.
